US Shipping Rates

World Footbag determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Most domestic (U.S.) orders that weigh less than three pounds are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages that weigh over three pounds usually ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Express Shipping

For express shipping options you must place your order by phone: 800-878-8797 or 970-870-9898.

Post Office Box

If your mail delivery is to a Post Office box please include both your PO Box and physical address as your “Ship To” address.

Shoe Shipping

Please note that if you order one pair of shoes we ship them in one (original shoe) box only. Not a box in a box. If we ship a box inside a box it basically doubles our waste material, increases our packaging cost, and drives up the cost of postage. Every once in awhile the box will arrive somewhat beat-up, but we have yet to have any shoes arrive damaged.
If you are a lover of excess boxes then we are probably NOT the right source for your shoe order. We also recycle, compost, ride our bikes and try to eat all of our leftovers.

Order Processing

We know how important it is to you to get your order in a timely fashion. Orders placed online before 9:00 am mountain time (on a business day) are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 am mountain time ship the following business day. In other words if you place an order on Friday at 9:15 am mountain time, and the following Monday is a holiday then your order will be shipped on Tuesday. If you call in your order before noon (mountain time) we can typically ship your product the same day. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm mountain time.

International Shipping Rates

You can determine your shipping rates (before entering any personal information) by putting your items in the shopping cart.   Below the shopping cart click on the “Calculate Shipping” button.   List your country and click the “Update Totals” button and it will give you your shipping rate.

Shipping destinations, product value and product weight may require additional charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted via email for verification and approval before your order is shipped. We offer air shipping via the United States Postal Service only. Delivery time varies but usually takes 10 – 20 days (pending customs clearance).

Duty and Customs Fees

Your local government determines any applicable Duty and Customs charges and will collect them at the time of delivery. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed online before 9:00 am mountain time (on a business day) are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 am mountain time ship the following business day. If you call in your order before noon (mountain time) we can typically ship your product the same day. Time in transit varies and depends on where you reside in relations to our warehouse (in Colorado). Most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm mountain time.

How can I get my order faster?

For faster delivery options please place your order by phone 800-878-8797. If the package weight of your order is under 2 pounds we can typically bump it up to Priority mail for $2.00 more than our listed shipping fees.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Orders being shipped to a Colorado address are subject to a 2.9% state sales tax.
