INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(Outside U.S. and Canada)

The World Footbag Association is happy to make it easier for people in Countries all around the world to buy footbag products through the internet. There is really no difference between placing an international order and an order within the U.S. or Canada, except for the shipping charges.

On international orders we always verify via email that our customers understand there is a shipping/handling charge. We ship all international packages via insured airmail unless otherwise specified. Air mail will take approximately 10 to 14 business days to reach an international customer. Please keep in mind that our international rates are based on mode of transportation, weight, product value and destination.

Note: Due to the many shipping variances associated with international orders these charges cannot be pre-computed, therefore the total of an online order form will indicate a $0.00 US charge for shipping/handling. However, the shipping charges will be added to your order once they have been determined and approved by the customer.

As we ship packages (varying weights and insured values) all over the world it is impossible for us to post customs/import tax fees on our website for our many international customers. In addition, the laws regarding gifts and insured packages vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges for our international customers (including Canada). In an effort to save our customers money on customs fees, we clearly indicate on each customs form that the package is a gift, and we list the value of the package far less than the actual retail cost of the merchandise.
